I found it easy to sort out the insurance for my classic Mgb. The price was good and the service given was helpful and friendly. The only slight down side for me was that after I had arranged and paid for my insurance I received a number of emails requesting verification of various things which I have never been asked for before. I understand that companies might require different information but after submitting the requested info I received another email requesting it again and suggesting that my insurance policy might be cancelled. This meant I needed to telephone customer service to verify the situation. They were very helpful and sorted it for me. However I then received another email requesting other info again suggested my policy may be affected adversely. A second call sorted this out again but I found the process pretty unnecessary and time consuming.

Excellent service on the telephone. Call handler was lovely and very helpful. Insurance is good value for money.

Took a policy out on line. Screenshots of terms. Day after policy live, still no Policy data sent. Had to ask for access to it and then discovered excesses greater than what had been stated when I accepted to take out cover. Sharp practice. Wish I had never changed to them. 3 hours on phone and Sterling trying to charge a cancellation fee when it is they alone who varied the terms without ever telling me. Beware - will report to the FCA and to Mastercard.

The first person I contacted I think was Mark, he went through the policy and gave me very precise information, very helpful When I contacted the office on the Sunday she went through everything very helpful and professional One of the few insurance companies that gave me what I was looking for

Got through it a matter of a minute spoke to someone who was clear and I was able to understand it was nice talking to someone who understands and is not rushed but efficient

If i could leave 0 stars i fully would. Hands down the worst company ive ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Would not accept my NCB, so I requested it to be removed from my account after constant back and forth emails - following this, instead of contacting me with updates and a request to pay the £35 fee to change my information, have cancelled my policy with no contact and insisted I pay a £157 fee. I would not be as upset if they had emailed me explaining that I had to pay a fee to change my info, however I have only received an email AFTER the policy has been cancelled. Please find another insurance provider for your own sanity (and the sake of your bank account).
