If i could leave 0 stars i fully would. Hands down the worst company ive ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Would not accept my NCB, so I requested it to be removed from my account after constant back and forth emails - following this, instead of contacting me with updates and a request to pay the £35 fee to change my information, have cancelled my policy with no contact and insisted I pay a £157 fee. I would not be as upset if they had emailed me explaining that I had to pay a fee to change my info, however I have only received an email AFTER the policy has been cancelled. Please find another insurance provider for your own sanity (and the sake of your bank account).
