Do not recommend this company at all. Charged the most extortionate cancellation fee for learner driver policy. I was expecting a small penalty but not nearly £200. I would absolutely advise avoiding at all costs
SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!!! I have taken a policy out with those scammers two days ago. Later I’ve found that my bank account was charged almost 4 times higher premium then it was initially offered. Following day I have made a complaint to Sterling and after hard battle they have admitted liability regarding overcharges saying that some error happened. NOW I WANT TO BE VERY CLEAR. THIS INSURANCE COMPANY ATTEMPTED TO STEAL A MONEY FROM ME BUT GOT CAUGHT. My advice is that every one who have a policy with those fraudsters check their bank accounts to make sure that no extra money fraudulently taken. SHAME ON YOU FRAUDSTERS

Spoke to Joanne about updating my card details to pay for my classic policy, she was very helpful, polite, very professional and very friendly to chat too, no problem at all and all sorted very quickly,a pleasure to deal with

Unable to see renewal on app. Emailed sterling to get renewal information sent out to me. No reply from sterling. Money taken from my account five days before renewal date. Very poor communication
Competent advisor handled my inquiry well
Was not clear at all in their fee’s. Quoted me one price then consistently asked me for more information which I sent back immediately then weeks later charged my account a further amount without informing me what the charge was for. I only found out when I rang them to complain. They also say they didn’t receive an email from me despite proof and it being sent to a return email starting with customerservice@ Not good at all. I would not use again or recommend.
Sterling insurance was very helpful , the short policy I had was competitively priced . Very happy with the overall service , happy friendly helpful staff . Thankyou will definitely call you again when I’m in the UK .

Staff very polite and helpful
Phone calls are always answered straight away, very polite and patient with my requests, changing over my policy and finding myself a good price! I have both my vans insured through justkampers (sterling) and would recommend them 👌
I'm pretty sure that I'm paying more for my insurance this year than last year, when I have never claimed, have always maintained a clean license and nothing about my insurance details have changed since last time; if it's due to more (other) people making insurance claims over the past 12 months, then myself and others who haven't claimed should not be forced to pay for it.
It took over 35 minutes to get a reply on the phone. I sent two email questions & have not received a reply to either,
