The portions are very small. The meals are very bland and lack in flavor and salt. Very disappointed.

Healthy, flavorful food that is also filling. Simple to prepare to eat. Good portion sizes. Like the variety from week to week. All items stay fresh except for apples and bell peppers. They seem to become mushy so I have pulled them out and replaced with my own.
All of the entrees arrived messy. Some of the entrees had elements that would be good to be separate from other food it was packaged with, but it was all slopped together
I love the food! The quality is great. The portions are sensible. I just wish it was slightly less expensive!

The food is very tasty, and I really appreciate the info on calories, etc. Also extremely grateful for emphasis on low sodium — this is huge when you’re attempting to manage or lose weight. Most home meal kits pack their food with sodium and therefore, not a good choice for me. My only issue is that some meals have arrived with unsecured lids making a messy toss — I know it’s a hazard of shipping but all lids should be checked to make sure they are secure and will stay closed.
One of the package were spilled and the sauce spilled all over, very messy. Each container, after its all mixed combines to a portion. How is this measured correctly that is appropriate for me and my son?

I liked some of the meals and others did not agree with me. The frittata messed up my stomach / digestion for 2 days. Also, why all the yeast in the products?
I had two deliveries so far and can't complain about the food quality and the taste. Low fat and sodium. I like that the order is prebuilt weekly and I don't have to think too much to eat healthy. What doesn't work for me is FedEx deliveries. It takes almost 3 days to deliver the order and I'm afraid thatit'is simply won't work in summer.
I just got home from a long day at work, and my meals are NOT HERE!!!!! They were supposed to be delivered today. This is highly frustrating and disappointing!!!! I just began using your service, and already have gotten off to a Horrible start!!
The food is so fresh, healthy, delicious and easy! The directions are clear. I like the emphasis on plating the food rather than just heating and eating in the plastic container.

The food was so good. I was unsure how the quality would be with with the fresh veggies after being shipped and I was blown away by the quality. It’s so yummy, and satiating. I also loved the time this have given me not needing to prep meals. Efficient!
The dishes did not agree with me and the dishes I have tried are not very flavorful. Easy to order and heat up.

Great experience so far. The meals were delivery as expected with great packaging to keep them fresh and cold. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Plus the food is delicious and fit my active and vegan lifestyle perfectly!
