Gaslit by Customer Service

**UPDATE** They did end up refunding me and apologizing that it was in fact their error, although this should have been done before I even needed to argue with them.**** I had not one but two poor experiences with this company: 1. Meals were delivered completely warm all the way through. Yes, I live in AZ in the summer, but I've ordered hello fresh for years and Thistle too, and have never had an issue with their packaging. Instead of taking the blame, their customer service blamed it on FedEx. I had to BEG them for a refund. I decided that when it gets cooler out, I would give it one more go, because i have a lot of food sensitivities and Sprinly is one of the only places I can order from. Big mistake 2. I reactivated my membership on Wed so I could choose some meals for the first week of November. I made sure to skip meals for the coming weeks as it would still be too warm. I woke up today to see my card was charged and the website said I had meals coming this week. I reached out to customer service, and was totally gaslit- they claimed I did in fact order, and since I didn't change it before Tuesday night, it would be shipped. But i only reactivatd my account on wednesday so that is impossible. Instead of being trying to help, they blamed it on me AGAIN and denied to give a refund. I wanted to like this company, but I guess the customer is never right in their eyes.
