Great price and fast delivery

First time purchaser and the experience was great. I found some Hoka trainers that I wanted at a great price. I placed the order on the Saturday evening and they arrived on the Tuesday.

I liked Sport It First and was shopping here regularly, but my last order wasn't pleasant at all. Usually I shop with big chunks and return the items that don't fit or I don't like. In my last order's return, they refunded only 2 items out of 5 items that I sent back, even though I sent back only one package, no way some of it arrived, others didn't. In the customer service, I explained my situation, but they kept telling me the same thing, "two items as can be seen on our system", like a machine. I lost £60 unnecessarily. Be careful when returning, take a video or something like that.

Superb but a bit long winded exchange

The order and original delivery was absolutely great and lightening fast, no problems with the item, all great, but the length of time waiting for the exchange was too long for my liking. Great comms and also always answered quickly but stock response really. All in all great product at very reasonable prices (£175 for £300 rugby boots) but if you need an exchange in size as I did, you just gotta wait. So so close to superb, just a bit of tweaking the returns.

Don’t recommend using this website at all. They sent a completely different colour blue T-shirt to the one in the picture then when I contacted customer service their response was you ordered blue and that’s what you were sent when I showed them the difference they then said I ordered light blue which I hadn’t, I sent a screenshot of my order and also the description on the website which said vibrant blue they are using a photo of different colour T-shirt to what they are sending (Picture on website The North Face TNF blue and sending federal blue). Customer service completely refused to accept responsibility and stated I’d still have to incur the return fee even though I was sent wrong item. Would never use these again would rather spend couple of extra pounds and go with a reputable company.

Do not buy

Do not buy, purchased goods via Ebay and received a lousy excuse that item was damaged when plenty in stock Reply to Sport it first. Why haven't you cancelled your listing.

Ordered two pairs of trainers for…

Ordered two pairs of trainers for delivery within two working days via DPD. Three days later, an email redirected me to their delivery partner (not DPD), showing the items as received at the depot. Subsequent emails have resulted in vague responses: 'awaiting response', then 'under investigation, we will advise'. No apology or timeframe has been offered – a 'take it or leave it' attitude. This unprofessional organisation even had spelling errors in their emails. I regret not reading reviews beforehand. Thankfully, I paid by credit card, as getting a refund seems likely to be difficult. 5 working days later no further forward.
