Crammed into a taxi outbound with 2 other customers with 8 pieces of luggage - not a good start. The company bus was broken down. On return I text the company 45 minutes before disembarking using phone number provided. Unable to locate pick up point flag in the car park. Discovered eventually by accident as another group of 8 people had been waiting since 7am, it was now 7.25. I rang again to be told their driver was 5 minutes away. At 7.40 we jumped in a taxi at a cost of £15. On arrival car was ready but no care shown at all to our situation. On drive home received a call that we had messaged the wrong phone number and we had stood in the wrong place at the wrong time. Total amateurs. Never again.

Takes far too long to get transferred…
Takes far too long to get transferred to the port. Then on disembarkation you just keep getting messages 15 minutes, then send 1 minibus for 7 knowing how many people are waiting and blame it on the traffic. Book someone reliable as these guys claim to be, not our experience unfortunately. Still waiting 1 hour here now in the freezing cold and they couldn't care less. Second update, still waiting, 90 minutes now and they say they don't care about reviews. Beware

There is no better or safer parking....anywhere
I have just watched BBC Breakfast Friday 23rd May 2025 covering a report on airport and holiday parking, specifically on how safe our vehicles are with unlicenced, unregistered companies that we leave our vehicles with. Saying specifically that these companies should be regulated. Some of these companies are unlikely to pass any stringent tests for a licence approval from a governing body. So..... let me tell you that there may be times when you may have to wait a while to either park or get to your vehicle at Southampton if you are cruising but that is most because so many people are travelling at the same time and it's fairly usual for queues, but why does everyone think they should be collected and seen to straight away NOW, ..... be reasonable, be sensible, as in a relatively short period of time you will be either on your cruise ship or travelling back home.....AND ..... if you have organised your parking and shuttle with Southampton Cruise Parking, you can rest assured that not only is your vehicle going to be safe, completely safe, but your happiness and well being is looked after with nothing but the upmost care and professionalism that you could wish for.........Signed .... returning customer from November last year, who now chooses Cruising from Southampton regularly knowing that my prized possession is safe in SCP's hands.

Fantastic service from this company. Unfortunately we had to cancel our cruise for May 2025 due to ill health. Heidi and Rocky were very understanding and gave us a full refund! We would definately book SCPS again in the future.

Excellent service!
From start to finish the service was excellent. No hanging around whatsoever and although it only took 10 mins max to depart the ship and collect our luggage the minibus was waiting for us and we were picking up our car 5 mins later. Highly recommend this service if you are taking a cruise ship from Southampton

Excellent service
Excellent service this April/May when went on a cruise to Norway. Within minutes of arriving we were on the minibus and on our way to the dock. Coming back it was chaotic with everyone disembarking but found the blue flag, phoned the number and they were with us within 15 mins. Our vehicle as waiting for us when we got back - no issues.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. Arrived on Saturday 3rd April to utter chaos. No organisation, cars queuing down the road with no communication. Our return experience was just as bad, waited 45 minutes for the shuttle service back to our car. Please avoid if you can.
