Crammed into a taxi outbound with 2 other customers with 8 pieces of luggage - not a good start. The company bus was broken down. On return I text the company 45 minutes before disembarking using phone number provided. Unable to locate pick up point flag in the car park. Discovered eventually by accident as another group of 8 people had been waiting since 7am, it was now 7.25. I rang again to be told their driver was 5 minutes away. At 7.40 we jumped in a taxi at a cost of £15. On arrival car was ready but no care shown at all to our situation. On drive home received a call that we had messaged the wrong phone number and we had stood in the wrong place at the wrong time. Total amateurs. Never again.

Great service at first a little…
Great service at first a little difficult to find … great drop off & pick up was smooth… one txt message & mini bus was with us within 10 minutes…would definitely use this company again

Cruise parking.
Waited one hour for our car which had clearly not been parked inside as advertised (covered in dust). Communication issues 6 times (six) asked for registration from all personnel on site. Cars delivered at speed (even cutting kerbside) not nice to see. Apparently this site is similar to another for booking so beware.From a personal perspective the left hand does not know what the right is doing. 3 stars is generous as they appear to try in isolation.

Cruise parking
Great start to our cruise, staff were very friendly and helpful, gave us all the information we needed for our return journey, we were at the cruise terminal within 15 mins of arrival. Good to know our car was kept inside so no bird droppings on car when we returned. Pick up was quick and we were on our way within minutes. Would definitely use them again.

Much better than driving to the terminal
I found this better than joining the queue at the port. I did not like the bus transfer so I used a taxi to return. I will certainly use them again but organise a taxi to take me to the ship and return. The staff are very helpful and photograph your mileometer to guarantee no misuse of your car.

Need to up there game
They got us to and from our cruise but was very unprofessional and not organised very well.Firstly we arrived and was left in the baking sun and no one seemed to know when and with who we was getting a lift,then finally got a lift to the port.When we returned and texted to meet in 30 minutes all very unorganised who was collecting us,someone came over he didn’t know the name of the company but said come with me,no sign written car no id we had no clue who he was.

We use these every time we go on a cruise they are absolutely fantastic always there for you cannot fault them at all very friendly when booking and when you arrive to park rocky is there to get your cases out of your car he is a fantastic guy we wouldn’t use any one else.Keep up the good work and see you soon
