He texted me about where he was and when to expect delivery. All this took place during the recent snow storm that affected the South East and the car was still delivered on time! Most fraud company. Stay away from it. Increase price to double after initial agreement. Charges $200 fees if you cancel the agreement

I’ve never used a a tow trucking service before to tow over 1500 miles. I wasn’t sure if they can all be trusted. The first tow trucking service didn’t fall through but Sonic’s did! And fast. They are also in the BBB (better business bureau) so I also knew they were legit! They got my truck down here in less than a week and prices were reasonable!! Mateo always kept me updated and was quick to respond if I had any questions. The driver I had was also a really cool and a nice guy! Had no issues with the service!! Would use again!

I needed a car transported same day Jeff Buckley was a great help to me. I would use them again .

I would stay away from this company. They will give a quote and have you sign the contract with the quote and at the last minute tell you they gave no drivers. The day of they will tell you they found a driver but it will cost a lot more money. I was already warned about tactics like this so I ended up canceling my credit card so they didn't charge me and going with someone else. They tried to threaten me stating they would charge me and I'm violating the signed contract but by that time I didn't care and my card was canceled.

I use Sonic Auto to ship a truck from Texas to Nebraska. My Transportation coordinator was Ariana Moretti. Ariana was very helpful and knowledgeable. My truck arrived safely to Nebraska.

Eliot is the most helpful person that I could have dealt with. I bought a vehicle from Childre Nissan and needed it shipped to Mississippi. Eliot worked tirelessly until he found a driver for me, that's what I call going above and beyond and always was nice through the entire process!

This is the second time using Sonic and they literally "delivered". Robin was great to work with and kept me posted as we got close to the pickup date. Driver communicated nicely as well and my car made it on time to specific location requested at a reasonable price. All you can really ask for, isn't it?

I have used Robin to transport well over 20 full tractor trailer loads of product, a skid steer, excavator, f550 truck and multiple other hot shot loads over the years. If I need anything large moved I call Robin tell him what it is, send a picture and he handles the rest. Communication is amazing before, during , and after the shipment is complete. Robin has an extensive amount of experience transporting goods if I have a question about transporting before the shipment he always has an answer that is in my best interest.
