Received incomplete product and costumer service is unreaponsive. Was promised a replacement 10 days ago here at Trustpilot and still no sign of it. They don't even answer my emails. Terrible service.

De website geeft aan: Bestel tot 18u. Morgen in huis. Dit is bij mij in iedergeval niet gelukt, ondanks dat de website van GLS zelfs een levertijdstip aangaf, kwamen ze gewoon niet opdagen. Erg teleur... See more
Er staat voor 18 uur besteld de volgende dag geleverd, ik bestelde op dinsdag na 18 uur dan verwacht je het pakketje donderdag in huis dat werd dus dinsdag dus een week na bestelling beetje teleurstellend.
Correct en snel geleverd aan een scherpe prijs.
Ik bestel vaak bij solyd owv het brede aanbod. Recent weer opnieuw, en ik merkte op dat er een aantal artikelen te weinig waren geleverd. Na een mailtje werd dit direct recht gezet. Top service!
