Software downloaded from link, BUT on installation and activation, license key was not valid, and activation by phone failed with "installation ID not recognised". Numerous emails via web site form and directly to Support address resulted in one response, saying they had had trouble with their email, and asking for a screenshot of the "not valid" error. Since sending it, no response at all. They have now exceeded their 30-day time limit for fulfilment of the order. Note that the web site claims to have 30K satisfied customers in the UK -- not many are leaving positive reviews, and the company was only formed in October 2022.

Cannot download software from the link provided.

Software and key supplied were not valid when trying to activate so useless. Despite contacting customer services five times to sort out the problem they have not relied or even acknowledged my queries.

Delivered key didn't work. Then I sent several emails to them through their webpages and they've not sent me any response. So I've done a claim on Paypal and hopefully I'll get back my money.

this company is appalling. They are scamming you. the link we received to download our software was not a real one.

They sold me an Office package that cannot be activated. After two emails the correspondence has been discontinued. No response to subsequent emails. I do not recommend!!!

Website said it was instant download, which it was but did not receive the key code until 5 days later, so went elsewhere.

Tried to take 10x times the amount they should have (£29.55). Luckily my credit card provider (M&S) detected it as a fraudulent transaction and declined payment. However this means my card is now most likely blocked! Very inconvenient.

The code did not work. Microsoft said it was not a valid product. I have asked for money back

I placed an order on sunday 08/10/23, received a keycode that was not valid ! Sent an email , still waiting for a reply or key code. Today it is wednesday , still havent heard anything from company . Would not waste my money or time ordering from this company- regret placing order with them

The licence code wasn't recognised and they haven't got back to me with any explanation or solution. I've requested a refund. Hopefully this will arrive soon, in which case I will amend my rating.
