Usually my packages only take around 5 days. This purchase was 10 days which would not be a problem. But I paid for fast shipping and was relying on this order for my work trip.

Bisher immer zufrieden gewesen , beim letzten Mal Lieferung über UPS und Rücksendung Trotz mehrfacher Anfrage kein erneuter Versand oder Erstattung - schade

Allot of products, which is very good. Prices also Ok, some discount here and there. Over 60€ I think is free shipping, also a plus. Not the not so great part: the package was sent notification came after 6 calendar days, 4 working days without Saturday and Sunday

Schneller und zuverlässiger Versand

Habe schon des öfteren dort bestellt und war eigentlich immer zufrieden. Mittlerweile sind die Wartezeiten jedoch abgrundtief schlecht geworden. Habe vor knapp einer Woche bestellst und meine Bestellung wurde noch nicht einmal bearbeitet geschweige denn versand. Definitiv das letzte mal dass ich dort kaufe

I am disappointed and must leave a bad review. Despite what seems like everyone here is having a good experience. Mine was not. Unfortunately I must highlight how bad the customer service is. Ordered on 5th and without receiving any msg for 5 days I had to ask on the 10th about the status. The following day I’m informed that all of the cans are out of stock (?? which is very weird as I had ordered from multiple brands about 30 cans and theyre all out of stock?) I agree to swap out and ask what do they have in stock. Theres no reply for 3 days until they tell me they will check whats in stock and that the amounts listed on website arent accurate. Two days later- today they have returned my money back?? Confusing experience since I was excited to try this shop out but I guess if the website is showing cans that are out of stock from multiple and customer service is this slow there is no use to continue business.

They always deliver on time thanks to their courier partnerships which make delivery so so much hassle free, especially when you live on a small Mediterranean island (if you live on one you understand what I mean, not everyone want to smoke tabacco or use plastic vapes and fume their lungs out, some people prefer just good old clean nicotine pouches that’s why I choose snusdirect!) and products are top quality !

Delivery time was a bit slow. No complaints otherwise.
