So everything was good but packing is bad because you can tell from 1 kilometres that you ordered a snus. Guys pls pack it in cartons or something not in paper 🙏
Slow customer service, emailed after waiting for 6days where my package is, only them to tell me they are out of stock. I cancelled my order but yet not received a refund. Do not recommend ordering from here. Bad experience.
Hallo, bisher war ich immer zufrieden und es kam alles makellos perfekt an. Bei der jetzigen Lieferung sind ca 50% aller Snus Beutel kaputt und offen. Der Snus Tabak fällt raus. Nicht nutzbar. Ich hab jetzt schon mindestens 8 Dosen geöffnet und dann wegwerfen müssen. Bitte um Ersatz und Zustellung einer erneuten Rolle Velo oder um Erstattung meines gezahlten Betrages. Danke
