The shipping time was great and I know that the products are good but the delivery driver would not deliver it to my garage so I never received the package. When I contacted DPD they told me that they couldn’t deliver to that address and that I would have to have the package re-routed by snusdirect. I have been unsuccessful in trying to get that done.

Impossible de finaliser ma commande. Après avoir contacté le service client, ils me disent qu'ils ne livrent plus en Belgique. Il ne me reste plus qu'à trouver une alternative.

Very poor handling of shipping, always delayed and customer service is really bad. They always seem to avoid the problem. In terms of the quality of the products they are not that great either
