I’d heard a lot of good things about this company which is why I decided to go with them. After several months of working together, I can honestly say that they’re wonderful to work with!

Love that their team consistently stays on top of orders and keeps us in the loop every step of the way. I’ve had problems with past manufacturers going silent on me or not completing orders on time, so this is a big deal for me.

Experience with the place has been the worst Ive ever experienced. They were not responsive at all for any inquiries, and I had to also reach out multiple times to different people to get an answer. Also, I ordered a product from them which they told me the lead time was 6-8 weeks and I waited over 3 months constantly asking for updates. Not only with the delay, but they sold me a product that they knew was going to get banned by the FDA, so I am stuck with a bunch of inventory which I cannot sell. They have terrible customer service. Its unfortunate because they do have great selections of products, but their customer service is terrible. They dont treat you or your business like a partnership at all. Go try working with another supplier and you’ll see the huge difference in customer service. Try out vox nutrition they are way better.

Don't trust them. They don't have valid CGMP certification available. Poor customer service. The team doesn't reply to emails.

There is no value for customer service, I don't recommend it.

Decent products. Terrible communication and frankly respect for my teams time. When you're trying to close a deal for over 100k, we felt that the least you could do is offer the info and help needed. McDonald's employees have better customer service.

Scammers! Be careful with them. Sent less than was ordered and do not want to return the money.

We have been working with SMP Nutra for almost 2 years now. They have a large collection of high quality products and great prices. SMP Nutra have outstanding customer service, but what impressed me the most is everyone there is willing go above and beyond for you. They put their customers first, it's not all about profit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top notch quality products!

Overpromising, not delivering. Only delays so far, not informing about changes in advance and you have to ask it for yourself. We'll see how they will deliver our first order.

Getting everythign done with SMP for my supplements made it easy and did not break the bank for me. I make use of their extra services they provide like their marketing and their labeling they offer to make this so much easier for me and it has proven to be easier that way
