Worth every single penny

We were paying for HubSpot, Mailchimp, Calendly, RingCentral, Intercom, and three other tools. Smith replaced ALL of them. This platform literally prints money for us

Very good CRM, AI needs minor tweaks

Incredible platform, incredible support

The white-label capabilities are perfect for our agency. We can offer Smith's tools under our own branding, which adds tremendous value to our service packages. Clients think we built custom software for them. It's an incredible competitive advantage.

Replaced 5 tools with Smith — mostly seamless

Smith has been a game-changer for managing client relationships. The unified inbox is fantastic and the workflow automations are genuinely powerful. Only gripe is that initial setup took longer than expected because there's so much to configure. Once it's set up though, it runs beautifully.

The value proposition is absurd. For the price of one premium CRM subscription, you get CRM + email marketing + chatbots + phone system + automations + AI engine. It's like getting a Swiss Army knife when everyone else is selling individual tools.

Great product, support response time varies

Smith does a great job consolidating multiple tools into one platform. We canceled Mailchimp, Calendly, and our old CRM. The AI features are impressive and the automations save us real time. Docking one star because the mobile app could use some polish — it's functional but not as smooth as the desktop experience. Still, highly recommend.

Solid platform — replaced most of our tools

Impressed by how much functionality Smith packs into one platform. It genuinely replaces 5-6 separate subscriptions. The AI engine is smarter than expected and the support team is helpful. Giving 4 stars because some features that are in beta could use more refinement before release.

Everything just works — beautifully

Smith's AI phone system is next level. It handles appointment scheduling, answers FAQs, and routes complex calls to the right team member. We used to have a full-time receptionist for this. Now Smith handles it better than any human could, 24/7/365.

Great product, support response time varies

Really impressed with the platform overall. The OpenClaw AI engine does things I didn't think were possible in a CRM — the way it contextualizes conversations and suggests responses is remarkable. Taking off one star because the calendar/scheduling feature isn't quite as polished as Calendly yet. Getting there though.
