Solid platform — replaced most of our tools
Really happy with our switch to Smith. The AI features are legitimately useful (not just buzzwords), the automations are reliable, and having everything in one place has simplified our operations considerably. Would be 5 stars if customer support was available 24/7 instead of limited hours.
