The phone system is criminally underrated. Crystal clear calls, automatic recording, AI transcription, and it ties directly into the CRM so every call is logged with context. I've tried Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, and about a dozen others. Smith is the first CRM that doesn't feel like it was designed by engineers who've never actually run a business. Everything flows naturally. The AI suggestions are actually helpful. The automations work first try. It just makes sense.

Fine for what it is, just not my thing
