Okay product, too business-focused for me
Tried Smith for 2 months. The concept is great — one platform for everything. In practice, I found that the 'jack of all trades' approach meant some individual features weren't quite as polished as dedicated tools. The email editor is good but not great. The phone system works but the call quality wasn't amazing on my end. It's fine, just not exceptional in any single area for my use case.
