Great product, support response time varies
Smith streamlined our entire client management process. From lead capture to nurture to close, everything flows naturally. The email marketing tools are surprisingly powerful for an all-in-one platform. My only feedback is that the learning resources could be more comprehensive — had to figure some things out through trial and error.
