Today I completed the purchase of my house with Robinsons Tees Valley Estate Agents and it was a joy. Throughout the process my assigned agent made sure both I, my mortgage advisor and my conveyancing solicitors were all up to date and in the loop. They certainly sped up the move in this regard. Responses were swift and always very helpful and friendly.
Recently moved home with Robinsons and although everyone says it is a very stressful time my move was made relatively stress free . Staff at the Middlesbrough branch could not have been more helpful . They provided knowledgeable and experienced advice along the whole journey. They organised back to back viewing of my property in one day at my request . Negotiated effectively and timely with prospective buyers. When a sale was agreed they spoke to purchasers and solicitors for me , saving me so much time and stress. I was contacted on a weekly basis by a nominated member of their team and when my moving day came and things did not run quite so smoothly due to removal companies , time frames they went above and beyond to support me . I could not have hoped for a better experience thanks to Robinsons and their wonderful team at the Middlesbrough branch.

JOY AT THE DARLINGTON OFFICE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND ALWAYS ANSWERED QUERIES/PROBLEMS STRAIGHT AWAY, SHE IS A CREDIT TO YOUR BUSINESS. ONLY PROBKEM IS THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO FETCH THE SALE BOARD WHICH IS AT THE FRONT OF OUR NEW HOME BUT APPARENTLY THEY TRIED TWICE AND COULDN'T FIND, TOLD JOY TO GET THEM AN APPOINTMENT WITH SPECSAVERS.
