We sold our house in thornaby through smith and friends and Lindsey and Claire couldn't have been more helpful. We pretty much left it all up to them and They made the whole experience very pleasant and easy for us. We can't fault their communication and attention to detail and work ethic. We would highly recommend them for future house sales
Very stressful time with solicitors but with the help of Rachel who helped every step of the way kept us up to date with what was happening and advising what steps to take . Would not have got through it without her

I would like to thank Paige Liddle for all her help securing a tenancy of a property for me this week. She was amazing in getting everything done so quickly and efficiently. Her relaxed professional manner put me at ease in a very stressful situation.
All of the Sales team at the Darlington office have been fantastically supportive throughout the process. Whoever I spoke on the day, was professional, courteous, polite and helpful, and never made me feel burdensome or silly for worrying about things and feeling anxious. Communication levels are excellent and pro-active. I was never left wondering what was happening, and if I was worried, Joy would get on the case and liaise with buyers, solicitors on both sides, and that was massively reassuring. My Mum has been a bag of nerves throughout, so I helped her with the Sale, and the Darlington team were so warm and kind to my Mum, which meant a lot. Thank you.
We found the staff at Darlington's Robinsons Estate Agency to be as helpful as possible when we sold our house. Whenever we had a query or concern their willing response was fast and efficient - nothing was too much trouble for them. Our thanks should be recorded to all staff, in particular Katharine, Nicola, Olivia and especially Joy who we bothered on a very regular basis. They made a stressful time (for us) as easy as possible. Well done, brilliant.
Lindsey at the Stockton office did a great job looking after the sale of my property. A buyer was found by Robinsons the day it went onto the market. Although things are slow at the moment she worked hard to move the sale along with the buyer and solicitors. She kept me well informed all the way through the sale. I would recommend the Stockton office as they have served me well over the years with rental management and the property sale.
I dealt with Elaine at the Marton branch in Cleveland and she was excellent. Elaine always responded to any questions I had, she was very knowledgeable and communicated up and down the chain to keep things moving. In fact all of the staff were very professional, easy to talk with and I would highly recommend Robinsons. I will use Robinsons the next time I move because of the help, support and assistance Elaine gave me. A good all round experience.
Throughout the entire rental process, Paige and Claire have been an absolute dream to correspond with, no matter how long-winded my questions could be! It has made renting so much less daunting, knowing you’re in the hands of such genuine and helpful people. I cannot recommend Robinsons enough.
Andrea and Victoria have been so fantastic throughout my house purchase journey. I’ve very rarely had to chase for updates (unlike some of my friends/family have with other agents!). Always friendly, understanding and willing to chase up solicitors when you need. Can’t thank them both enough for taking the stress out of the process and making it a pleasure.
Sold my house (eventually) with Robinsons, Marton branch... and not without its ups and downs a plenty, through no fault of the girls in the branch. All the girls were amazing, went above and beyond, continuous chasing & updates weekly (sometimes even daily), even offering to drop groceries off to me after my op (such a lovely offer ❤) ... we really couldn't fault any of you and couldn't thank you enough!! We'll never (ever) move again, so no need to use again...however, I'd definitely recommend 👌 Thank you Ladies 💐
