Bad customer service. Unable to do simple checks before offering an insurance product. Sounds like it’s run by a bunch of teenagers. Refused to give me the details of the director of the company.
Excellent service with my mildly modified subaru

As others have said, easy to set up! It’s after the insurance begins; so do the problems! Black box is harsh for new drivers, but they do keep in touch. My daughters insurance was cancelled after 6 weeks. The policy cost £1600 and after they take off their “fees”, “admin costs” and the six weeks of policy we lost £700. The refund of £900 will apparently take 4-6 weeks to process! I would suggest to anyone, you are better paying a little more for a good insurance company than dealing with Sky!
