Once again Sky Insurance has come through in fine style. After a horrific renewal offer from a mainstream insurer I phoned Sky to see what they could do for me having previously insured a high performance Audi RS4 with them. Luke was both friendly and professional and the price he came back with for fully comprehensive cover was unbeatable. An insurance company run by enthusiasts for enthusiasts and a true breath of fresh air in the current insurance marketplace - look no further than Sky.
Excellent product for anyone learning to drive. Cheapest cost on the comparison website and a pro-rata return of premium when you pass. Recommended.
Been insured with them for year with my corsa vxr1.6 bought an Astra vxr which is 2.0l only got charged for change of vehicle 👍 Renewal is due March hopefully they can beat other quotes as I be more than happy to stay with sky would be sad to leave them tbo
Friendly , professional and cost effective
Recieved a competitive quote on my 200sx in comparison to other insurers. The customer service advisor, Justin, was also extremely helpful and friendly and managed to give me even more of a discount. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Initial polite and good customer contact/service and what seemed to be a good deal. However the lack of responsive adaptive follow up was extremely poor considering other insurance companies I have dealt with the past 30 years. I made a slight error on the year of a previous claim, this lead to an email telling me my insurance was cancelled. I followed up and was told that I had to pay the existing policy and it would increase - however they couldn't tell me how much by. Also I was informed of another incident that I had not idea about and neither did any of my previous insurance companies, from which I was told I had to find details of this without any details from Sky. You are the insurance company and have access to these databases sort it! Finally I had enough and and cancelled in less than 24 hours was told they would decrease the cancellation charge to £25 for doing nothing and being unhelpful - thanks that's great! I expected to be informed of my mistake with a chance to rectify it, but was met with tasks and barriers that other insurance companies do not present.
I’ve been insuring my car with them for Years, always beat competitors quotes and are always overly helpful on the phone. Most recently spoke to Justin who quoted me and set up the policy on separate calls.

Crap customer service, asked me for certain documents which I produced . I was then told they weren't good enough ( they were exactly what were asked for). I cancelled the policy 2 days after the start date and was charged £40 for doing so. Definitely not be recommending to anyone else, absolute rubbish!!
