I haven’t received my order. Placed it on the 22nd Aug. Was in when Evri said they would deliver it, then they said I wasn’t in and it would be delivered a week later!! A week! Then changed the delivery to a local box to try and make sure I got it this time and radio silence from Evri and no reply when I emailed you for an update. I have raised a dispute also with my credit card.

Not received delivery. One attempt to deliver, wasn’t in and it has been returned to Size.

Nice trainers with discount can't beat it

I ordered these trainers as a gift for my wife. They arrived very quickly and she was thrilled with them.

Brilliant service

Returned a pair of trainers the day after they were delivered. Used the return facility offered by Size and waited 3 weeks, only to find the parcel appears to have been lost and ‘not picked up.’ No standard customer service email, messaged twice via the website and eventually got through on the phone after being on hold for 20 minutes, only to be cut off. Got given a return email address via Facebook Messenger and was told as the parcel hasn’t been delivered back to them, they won’t refund. I raised a dispute via my bank, only to be told that THEY are investigating ME for a fraudulent return claim, citing they have seen an increase in empty parcels being sent back. Quite simply unbelievable they’ve gone there, when the parcel has obviously been lost. Still ongoing, I’ve refuted their claim and next step will be a Letter Before Action. Put simply, do not buy online from Size, if your return js lost, they’ll claim you’ve sent an empty box!

I ordered a pair of shoes online, but the size was not good for me, so I returned them through the online portal. I've been waiting an entire month for the refund. I contacted the return service and was told the items I sent back were not the items they sent to me, and they refused to provide any supporting evidence. I think the company is scamming customers!

No timeline on deliveries. No information on my order for over 20 days. Carrier website is the worst. ZERO information about the status and location of the order. Call center provided same IDK answer after 30 minutes of waiting... This goes to show the respect for customers outside UK... ZERO

Sent my order back to be told I won’t be refunded, sent it back with Evri which was the only opinion. Avoid SIZE in every way possible.

Delivered in 2 days. Sent the right size... jd sports couldn't manage that. So fair play

Fantastic customer service. I had an issue with swede slippers I bought which I had already been wearing. I did take pictures once I had bought as I said to staff inside shop when I compared other uggs. I said compare these slippers can you see the difference he said yes that looks a bit faded. So I contacted customer service and they offered me to get a replacement when returning mine but I was like I've already been wearing as struggling to get slippers to fit just now due to slipped discs I've had to wear. They still said that's OK you can still return. However they also offered me a partial refund which I was happy to accept I got my ugg slippers for half the price I paid due to their mistake. They were so understanding with my situation can't thank them enough.

Brought shoes In store for online order as they didn’t have my size, it’s been lost in the post now you won’t offer a refund or help me in any way, I’m very displeased as I work for a shoe company too that offered the same service but we provide refunds or re send the shoes if lost, I don’t see why I HAVE to lose out my £60 when I didn’t lost the shoes. Very upset
