Good quality quick delivery

Ich werde nie wieder über die Webseite etwas bestellen! Wie viele andere, hatte ich ebenfalls ein Problem mit der Rückerstattung. Glücklicherweise wurde mir nach einem Monat und zahlreichen E-Mails sowie Anrufen schließlich mein Geld zurücküberwiesen.

J'ai fait une commande hier ! Et je n'ai toujours pas de mail de confirmation de paiement ou de commande rien même sur mon espace SIZE? alors que le paiement est bien parti de mon compte bancaire ! Attention quand vous payez via Paypal ils enregistrent l'adresse Paypal hors j'ai bien renseignée mon adresse postale ! Je me retrouve sans confirmation d'achat et ils l'envoient a une autre adresse (qui n'est plus la mienne). Impossible d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone en 2025 c'est inadmissible. Quand je me suis appercue de la mauvaise adresse je les ai contacté 10 min après et ils me proposent de contacter le transporteur alors que je n'ai aucune information sur ma commande ! Bref cela ressemble a une grosse arnaque ! J'en suis a mon troisième mail en 24h !

Disappointing. Ordering process fine, and size? were really quick to dispatch. There has been a problem with our delivery though… in that our parcel is stuck somewhere or gone missing. 30minutes hold to get through to a customer services agent, and then just a scripted response (they even said as much that they could only follow their script). The best I could get was a refund offer and parcel back to sender, but this is now a trainer that is sold out….and again no way it would seem of getting it reposted out to us if it was returned. Frustrating. Update- from bad to worse. Evri finally replied saying they are actively looking for the parcel and will try and deliver it. I tell size this- unbelievably they acknowledge all of this and have just put a request in for Evri to return the parcel to them if it is found! Will never order from them again, and of course cannot get through on the phone.
