Ordered a car seat on the 15th.
Got an email to expect delivery between 17th and 21st of the same month.
On the 22nd still nothing so reached out through messenger asking about the status of my order as it hadn't been marked as shipped yet.
Got the response "i will look into this right now".
A day later stil no response.
So sent another email saying I would have to cancel my order if I didnt get an update.
Before I know it my order is cancelled and I am told they are on holiday and it is only reasonable to expect 24 hours for a response from small business.
That's all good and well but don't say your looking into it straight away and then not reply.
Also, they went on holiday on the 22nd, so at day after the latest delivery date given so no excuse for it not to have been sent.
No warning when ordering regarding holiday.
I found the costumer service seriously lacking interest in the service part.
Update to add that other reviews of this business stating the rudeness has just been confirmed whit the last reply Gabi sent.
She sent "No need to continue this conversation, order is canceled.

I simply replied back

Upon this she replied back with this charmer she probably learned at her online business class where she skipped the costumer service bit.
