I appreciated the regular updates,with explanations every step of the way.l had a very difficult seller,but my lawyer was very patient and persistent,but very easy to talk to which means so much at such a stressful time. Right from the start I was extremely impressed by their efficiency, and in the end the speed at which my house purchase was concluded. The length of time from when they received my completed paperwork to completion was 5 weeks and 3 days. My property lawyer, Catherine, was always immensely polite and helpful. She replied promptly to every query. The cost overall was higher than with my local solicitors, and I was initially worried about dealing with the process remotely, but I need not have been concerned, and their service was worth every penny.

The conveyancing service was very good overall, efficient and helpful. I mainly dealt with Ms Krista Kavanagh, who reassured and helped me when one or hitches and delays cropped up during the sale process. I would recommend Simply Conveyancing, though selling your house is generally not an easy process, and I don't think Simply Conveyancing were to blame for the delays and hitches.

From the very beginning our property lawyer Krista was absolutely amazing. She was clear in her explanations, and always answered all our emails in a timely manner, and always picked up the phone. The app was also a good addition, ticking off each stage clearly. I was an incredibly nervous first time buyer and Krista was so patient and understanding with all of my queries (even when I asked such stupid questions!). From our offer accepted to completion we managed it within 7 weeks - I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you so much Krista and the team at Simply. I left a review on 28.03.25 advising of my mistreatment by Simply Conveyancing and I was instructed to email a member of staff who wanted further info, so that this could be looked into further. I did as I was instructed, I sent an email containing specific information about my complaint, including all email evidence and what I was wanting to resolve my complaint. Today I have not received any contact regarding my complaint, not even an acknowledgement of my email. However, I have received two phone calls from different members of staff requesting that I upload my details onto their App portal. It feels to me like this company is run on called-calls and pressure for people to make unnecessary payments. I didn't think I could be more upset by this company, but I was very wrong.

Speedy and efficient service, helped us to beat the SDLT deadline at a great price. Works well if you are happy to upload lots of documents and fill out lots of online forms. Less tech savvy individuals should probably look elsewhere.

From start to finish I found Beth and everyone who I spoke to at Simply to be unbelievably helpful, anything that I found confusing (quite a lot) was explained and made clear. They kept me up to date with all information as and when it became available, I cannot recommend them enough, and I would like to say a huge thank to all at Simply who helped me purchase my new home.
