It gets worse....
I left a review on 28.03.25 advising of my mistreatment by Simply Conveyancing and I was instructed to email a member of staff who wanted further info, so that this could be looked into further. I did as I was instructed, I sent an email containing specific information about my complaint, including all email evidence and what I was wanting to resolve my complaint. Today I have not received any contact regarding my complaint, not even an acknowledgement of my email. However, I have received two phone calls from different members of staff requesting that I upload my details onto their App portal. It feels to me like this company is run on called-calls and pressure for people to make unnecessary payments. I didn't think I could be more upset by this company, but I was very wrong.
