Since being introduced to Simply Conveyancing as an Estate Agent, I’ve found the system easy to navigate and genuinely enjoy recommending it to our clients. I appreciate the efficient handling process, especially the ability to check the portal for updates if there’s a delay in hearing back from the solicitor, as well as being able to send an email to assistance team in case the portal haven't been updated either. One improvement that could enhance accuracy would be the option to tick off items on the system, even if they’re not applicable—such as surveys that didn’t take place. This would help ensure a more precise and streamlined process.
