We picked up our car at Naples airport. The lady in the rental office was courteous and polite, and completed the paperwork quickly. There was a shuttle bus to take us to the car park and we were shown our car. We were informed to take photos of any extra scratches that were not shown on the rental agreement. We were given a Fiat Panda Hybrid that was very fuel efficient. On return Lorenzo welcomed us back and checked the car over. We got the shuttle to the airport. We e not had our 200 euros deposit back yet but we only dropped the car off an hour ago.
