Auto a posto, pulita e in ottime condizioni

Auto un pochino datata . Per il resto tutto ok

Nel complesso buona esperienza di noleggio. Suggerirei alcune attenzioni prima di consegnare auto. Verificare pressione gomme auto, mettere liquido tergicristalli (assente) e talvolta anche convergenza auto (nel mio caso tirava molto da un lato sul dritto).

Buongiorno, Al momento del ritiro auto presso il box , c'era un solo operatore, di conseguenza si è fatta una fila lunghissima di persone che dovevano ritirare l'auto prenotata. Suggerisco di guardare il giorno prima le prenotazioni e se occorrono più operatori bisogna che siano presenti. Critica costruttiva fa un vostro cliente fedelizzato Saluti MS

Cliente da un paio d’anni con Sicily by car, nel mese di maggio al Trieste areoporto, ritiro un auto Fiat 500 per 4 giorni di noleggio. On Line prenotato kasko e carro attrezzi, insomma tutto quello che si poteva. Consegnata macchina completamente sporca e, errore mio nel non accorgermene, ruota completamente liscia con i fili di metallo visibili, ( ho la foto). Non si consegnano macchine in quelle condizioni. Hanno perso un cliente! ( inoltre nel questionario ho fatto presente questo problema per la sicurezza dell’ auto ma nessuna risposta).

Personale gentilissimo e cordiale, ritiro e consegna molto veloci.peccato che, nonostante che ho effettuato la prenotazione con l’extra time, causa molto ritardo aereo, ho ritirato l’auto negli orari canonici.

Avoid on booking procedures they ask your fly information but the office close at 22 so if your fly is delayed they won’t wait , plus costumer services is really poor we tried to contact them all day to inform about delays and they know there’s an Air traffic control strikes but no one answered the phone and on line says open ! Avoid there all other companies open till late or they have much more better costumer services.. they probably will reply that they are 55 yrs in business well this is show they didn’t understand anything abounding good costumer service.. won’t return and I have used them so many times

Unfortunately, it was a very negative experience, especially because of the poor service and unprofessional staff.They didn’t respect the timing, the car was in poor condition, and the terms weren’t clearly explained. When I tried to speak to someone about the issues, they acted like it wasn’t their problem.
