I had a Shore Rental for a week. On day 2 on the outskirts of Whangarei I got a puncture. There was no tyre brace to change the tyre. A kind gentleman helped change the tyre. A replacement tyre and a new car brace cost me $132. Shore Rentals were repeatedly apologetic and quickly redressed the situation. They promptly refunded my out of pocket expenses and deducted two full days rental. Despite the experience I would have no hesitancy to use their services again and recommend Shore Rentals
The rental booking and pick-up process was very quick and efficient. The only feedback I have is to please inform customers at the time of pick-up of the after hours drop-off service if returning vehicles outside of business hours. Other than that the process was very easy and efficient.
Great prices for rental cars on the North Shore. Car collected was clean and tidy, good condition etc. No problems during the week of driving.
