Most of the experience was good EXCEPT the car had not been valeted when I picked it up. The front seat was very dirty and the boot area also. Other than that an OK transaction.

Basically these guys have been amazing. Very friendly and efficient and the car was modern and well presented.Two minor items that stopped me giving them 5 stars are as follows. There were a couple of scratches on the car when I got it but not marked on the sheet. I also found out later when I was cleaning the boot that there was no Jack or wheel brace. Would I use them again? Absolutely!
Service for pick up was good. Was difficult with requirement for drop off during level 4 lockdown. There wasn’t flexibility around rental car around lockdown.
Covid intervened in my booking but the guys made contact and offered a refund or a rebooking. Hoping to make a rebooking sometime.
The car was clean and in excellent condition. The staff were friendly and made us feel comfortable. We definitely intend to rent from Shore Rentals again in the future.

Amazing service. So friendly and helpful, car was great, neat and tidy and we well. Due to circumstances, I had to return the car early, no problems with them and I got a refund for the unused part of the rental. Would highly recommend, and will use them again
Good company to deal with. Had to keep extending my rental, from the initial one week to nearly five weeks in total, which was done easily each time. Was a really positive experience during what was a stressful time.

Shore Rentals are conveniently located on the North Shore not far from where we were staying. The vehicle we hired was affordable and in excellent condition. We extended our hire by one day which was easily arranged over the telephone. Very Happy Customer
