Great value car rental. A good location for pick up on the shore. The only thing that I think could be i proved on a little extra communication and it was only a little thing that did not cause me too much inconvenience and that is the after hours drop off instructions. They may have told me and I just missed it as I get mervous hiring vehicles. It was clearly labelled on the door when i came to drop the car off. It wasnt a massive inconvenience just felt a little embarrassed that I hadnt known that in advance but again it might have been my fault so overall an excellent experience.

Booking car online was very easy. It only took a few minutes to do the paperwork when picking up the car. Overall customer service was excellent. The car (a late model ford focus) was excellent. Car was very clean. Everything worked well e.g GPS was excellent. I would always use Shore Rentals for all car rentals around the North Island.
