Total shambles
God what a shambles. We had our glazing done with Anglian and they did a good job. We naturally thought what a professional company when looking at our guttering. I was quoted a price by Hollie. Sent through the dimensions of the house and lots of photos from every angle. Lots of talk around soffits and suchlike. Paid the deposit. Surveyor came and ran through what was needed. So far so good. Then e mail through saying factory was manufacturing the product. Excellent. Then silence! Next the deposit appears back in my account. No explanation. Suddenly Hollie and the. Sales manager Chris are seemingly unable to answer my calls or provide me with any explanation as to why the money is back in my account. I rang head office and was promised a call back from Chris the sales manager. He clearly could not be bothered so I gave up in disgust. Clearly the job is not going ahead and shame no one has taken the time or trouble to explain why. Utterly unprofessional and very poor customer service.

I bought your windows for concealed…
I bought your windows for concealed places in our house. You could improve their look by making the frames less flat. A lot of buildings in the UK are old and it is a pity that such windows are changing their look. You only gave me 1 key for the latest window. Your installer promised me that someone will drop off a second one but it never happened. Then I ordered 2 on your shopping website ./ they too have not arrived!! Please investigate and do NOT ignore me. I have no time to chase things. Thank you Shahnaz Bagherzade
