Confusing Ordering system and parts delivery
Ordering system not easy to use for "accessories"/parts. When order received parts were not of same design as existing and when queried with Customer Services was advised that parts had been updated and older version no longer available. When ordered a further number of "new" parts so that the items matched the other windows, the parts received were of the older/original design!!?? Waste of my money (I actually had paid for them and did not request replacement under the guarantee; my thinking was of reasonableness due to parts being often used).

After several years our letterbox was…
After several years our letterbox was starting to craze & fade, so I ordered a new one. It came (well packaged) a few days after I ordered it and being the same was a doddle to fit. Very pleased with it !

Good, though had to use screw bolts of my own
Had to use screw bolts of my own as the window was a little deeper than the supplied ones would reach through. But a good quality handle and the third I have bought. Apart from the bolts issue, compatible with 20-year old frames.

Initial problem but well dealt with
I ordered 2 replacement handles for windows. Only 1 arrived, but after an email from myself, this was quickly resolved and another sent. no drama.

Very slow delivery times
Very slow delivery - having to wait two weeks for a part that’s in stock isn’t good. Couldn’t wait so ordered from another company and will keep the Anglian one as a spare because can’t be bothered to return it

Unavailability of spare parts for door installed 2002
Ordered letterplate kit to replace the one that broke on our front door (installed 2002). Despite getting confirmation via chat that I was ordering the correct part it would not fit (screws too short). Contacted Anglian to be told that letterplate for our door is no longer supported and giving name of the previous supplier as the only solution.
