Letter box replacement
The wrong item was delivered and nobody could tell me how to get the correct one. I was told to go to Screwfix which is terrible. I have returned the letterbox for a refund but I have to pay the £5 cost myself,which is again terrible.hence the one star rating

Mixed experience . Ordered door handle came wrong size Dimensions not clear on website. Then after numerous emails had to call up re order and send back at my own cost . Let's hope new handle fits well !!
