Anglian window handle replacement
The photo of the window handle, shown on the Anglian website, looks the same style and colour, as the handle I was looking to replace. Sadly, when the window handle arrived it is both a different style and a different gold, to the one I was trying to replace. Disappointing!

They overtly break consumer law - AVOID
They break consumer law. Their in-house lawyers have given me in writing that if the item is faulty, customer still pays return postage because their T&Cs override UK law. Pathetic. Avoid this company at all costs
