Product not matching website specification
Delivered a letterbox that did not match dimensional specification on website. No offer so far to return the item with them just pointing to refund policy expecting me to pay to return for a refund. Going to have to bodge to fit. Also letterbox delivered is not an Anglian product and I can buy identical letterbox elsewhere for 30% less.
