The system let the product down
I got an acknowledgment of the order by return but then nothing and when I tried to telephone to find out about the delivery it was impossible to navigate through the options to speak to someone. Eventually I found an e-mail contact and was told that despatch had been made three days earlier but I was not told and it had the rider that it could take up to 14 days to get to me. It took 4 days. The product itself was perfect..

Surprisingly long lead-time for standard product
Took 11 days for a standard handle to come. When I chased I was told that "Normally products ordered from the shop will arrive within 14 working days." Not used to those kind of lead-times for stock items nowadays. Handle works fine now fitted
