I phoned to request maintenance of a window handle and trickle vent cover.

I phoned to request maintenance of a window handle which had failed and a the cover of a trickle vest cover which had come loose. I was told that nothing could be done as the window was too old except the replace it. I replied asking this to be reviewed as i have been a long standing customer of Anglian, who i have used to replace the doors and windows of my previous home as well as the following in my current home: replace my doors, windows, gutters and soffits and, build a 30m sq conservatory. I still have not received a reply. Since then i ordered a replacement handle from your website and replaced it so that it now works and am hopiny to glue the trickle vent cover once i have a bit more time.

The item has still not been received…

The item has still not been received after 3 weeks. I called your customer services to order some different keys as I was told the one I ordered online was the wrong one. Customer services emailed me an invoice with a number to call, whatever option you choose on the call it just diverts you to the website!!!!!
