Good source of products
Wanted two screws for handles on our old Zenith windows. Found them on the web site quite easily. They took ages to be despatched (hence not 5*). Wish they would introduce a first class ordinary postage as delivery was more than the product cost.

I purchased a peephole with an extension for my front door, this took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, the extension and peephole were not compatible, so completely useless. When I raise the issue I was sent a return form with no explanation. Poor product, poorer service, first and last time I will be purchasing from this company

No delivery time advised with order
No delivery time advised with order. Trying to communicate with them is impossible, website phone number incorrect, given the runaround then told can only communicate via email. Was then told delivery within 14 days which had already elapsed. It finally arrived today, 16 days after order placed. Won't be using Anglian again.
