Not happy with the window handles.
Not happy with the window handles as they are too stiff and after writing to Anglian asking them to send replacements for 6 (having purchased 16) without success gave up and purchased from elsewhere. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Excellent service on the Customer Service helpline
Excellent service on the Customer Service helpline. I required replacement window handle for windows installed over 15 ago and wanted to identify the handles which best matched my handles before i purchased. The windows are still looking smart. The representative was very helpful and responded very quickly in her emails. She contacted the technical department a couple of time in respond to my queries to assist in the identification process and came up with the solution. Despatch took 5 days but I easily fitted them and am pleased with the result. In summary, good aftercare by AW

ANGLIAN POSTAL SERVICE
One of the handles on one of our Anglian White Knight windows was broken and i used the postal delivery service for a replacement. The handle was easy to fit and has solved the problem at a reasonable cost. I would have given 5 stars but the handle could have been delivered more quickly. All in all ,however, very satisfactory and I will order again.
