Placed an order on-line with ease
Placed an order on-line with ease. Ordered a key on 17 Aug 21. After 3 days I queried when to expect the key. Received a reply stating to expect upto 14 days, if the key has not arrived, I should get in contact with them again. Key arrived on 30 Aug 21! Even 2nd class post would not have taken so long to arrive!!

14 days delivery for a screw.
Needed a screw for my uPVC door handle after a contractor left it in an insecure state. Found the screw I needed here and ordered.. two weeks later no sign and I emailed them..informed orders take 14 days to dispatch. Somebody needs to introduce these people to the year 2021

Excellent website but delayed delivery
Website is well organised and had no problems finding the item that I was looking for. A little disappointed, however, that It took over a week for a replacement window handle to be posted to us meaning that the window could not be completely shut and locked while we were away for a few days.
