Only got two stars,, difficult to find the correct fitting for our door, we have had to return it which has incurred extra postage being spent,, it would be nice to be able to speak to customer service to be advised,, would be much easier than doing it all through email, Thanks Sal

Arrived eventually
Arrived eventually, just as well because this was ordered to match the faulty one you replaced on guarantee. By the time this one arrived that window handle was also stuck in locked position and faulty. Still haven't been contacted by your maintenance team to say when someone is coming to remove the other handle, the originally broken one which has been stuck since 4th August.

Long time waiting for it to arrive. Pleased with the knocker but upon fitting have discovered the spy hole is faulty- can’t see anything as it is out of focus. Will need a replacement part.

It is good that I was able to replace and old windiw handle. Unfortunately it took two weeks to arrive. One of the plastic clips that covers a screw doesn't clip. I raised this with Customer Care over two weeks ago but haven't received a reply.
