Outraged by disgraceful lack of customer care and having my home security out at considerable risk.
It could not be made more difficult to purchase a replacement handle. Indeed it now seems that I have to replace the entire door because you claim to no longer make the handle that fits my particular door. This is outrageous and not acceptable. Why alter the door handles so that the spindle and locks are just that little bit different as to make it impossible to replace the handle. You give no advice as to where one might acquire a suitable handle…… you should have stockpiles of handles from your previous range or inform your past customers before stopping production of the handle so that they might purchase in advance in the evening my of a handle needing replacing. I shall be taking this matter further and sighting Anglian as causing my home to be made insecure as a result.
