Ordered a replacement handle for my…
Ordered a replacement handle for my front door which appeared to be similar to my existing ,the screw holes being the same dimension. The handle arrived in a reasonable time and appeared good value. However on comparing it to the existing handle the spindle location was at a different height on its casing.I contacted Anglian on their chat line and explained the problem . I was told they would pass my query to their technical department who would contact me. I am still waiting for a reply !!!!

Ordered replacement screw set for patio door handles. Very quick turn around from placing order to receiving the goods. Very good quality and very good price. Would definitely recommend.

Key doesn’t fit locks
Disappointed that the replacement key for the window locks doesn’t fit. Really need to lock the windows when the grandchildren stay but will have to keep looking for a suitable key.
