Unable to track delivery of item and when I tried to find out I was told we don't know but we are still within our lead-time. Which when you need to arrange for someone to accept delivery of the item is most unhelpful.

The product is good quality. I would have given five stars but I has problems with the delivery as a tracking reference wasn't provided despite several requests. I was unsure whether I'd ordered the correct product - the customer service assistant I spoke with was excellent and most helpful dragging the rating from 1 up to four!

Expected me to pay even though it was in warranty, they didn’t believe me with the date of installation and had to phone many times to rectify this, I emailed to them the proof of installation which they did not reply to.

This Company went out of their way to help
I think this company went out of their way to be extremely helpful in finding the correct replacement window handles and explaining how to remove the old ones and fit the new ones. The prices are most reasonable and good quality Delivery was good with the replacements arriving within a few days of ordering. To sum up...they were great!
