Anglian failed to supply correct handles for 2nd time
For the second time incorrect window handles have been delivered to me. Contacted customer service again, after more than a week they came back to me stating that I had ordered incorrect handles?! They either did not read my message including photographic evidence at all or have no knowledge of the product they are selling or most likely the combination of both. I ordered correct handles which, according to the product description on your website, should have spindle measurement of 30mm +/-1.25mm. You delivered handles with spindle measurement of 37-38mm, that is why they do not fit my windows. Please note that the fitter now attended our house for the second time, first time you failed to deliver the correct type of handles (tilt and turn). The second time you failed to deliver handles of the correct size. This has not only caused inconvenience but also resulted in unexpected costs. I request that you rectify the issue immediately and the handles of correct measurements (spindle 30mm +/-1.25mm), as per product description on our website, are delivered to me without any further delays. If you are unable to fulfil the order, I request that you issue a full refund without any delay.

I’ve been waiting for a dark woodgrain…
I’ve been waiting for a dark woodgrain pen since mid September. You initially sent the wrong colour and, despite numerous conversations with customer service, I’m still waiting for a replacement. I’m only buying a pen because your team failed to return to deal with a few chips following the March installation of my windows and doors. This is not good!
